Melvyn Hanley

Melvyn Hanley, a graduate of UCD, has over 22 years experience as a practising solicitor in Ireland and has also been admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales.

Melvyn has extensive experience in buying and selling property, personal injury and medical negligence claims. He also practises in company law issues having worked for a number of civil engineering and quarry companies in Ireland. He acts for a number of small and medium enterprises. Melvyn has become involved with Tender Reviews, BES Investment Schemes, Transfer of Undertakings and Wards of Court. He has also deals with significant estates and probate work both contested and advising clients in estate planning. He has been involved in extensive Civil and Commercial Litigation and has given advice to many clients both on debt management and debt resolution issues. Melvyn is an active member of The Limerick Chamber of Commerce and its Network Group.
